Delivery Times & Costs
We aim to offer our customers a fair charge for postage based on our cost price.
Postage is based on weight and timeframe. Just select the method that suits you best at checkout, and the price will be displayed.
Free Postage when you spend over £35!*
Standard delivery
We will dispatch your order within 3 working days, following receipt of payment.
You should receive your goods within 7 working days.
We will let you know when your goods have been despatched.
We offer a weight-based postage system where the standard charge is £3.00 – although you will be charged less for lighter items, and more for larger items. However, spend over £35 and receive free postage whatever the weight (UK customers only).
Fast Track
We also offer a fast track service, where you can request we process your order within 24 hours and send your package out by 1st class post. We charge an additional £3.00 for the service. Please note that fast track is now unavailable until Wednesday 13th January.
Overseas Charges
Europe
We offer a weight-based postage system where the standard charge is £8.00 – although you will be charged less for lighter items, and more for larger items.

Rest of World
We offer a weight-based postage system where the standard charge is £13.00 – although you will be charged less for lighter items, and more for larger items.

* Please note – this applies to the standard UK parcel delivery option only and cannot be used in conjuction with any other offers
