UK Free Delivery
We are currently offering free delivery for UK orders.
This service is usually Royal Mail 2nd Class Post and takes approx. 3-6 working days to arrive.
We will let you know when your goods have been dispatched.
This service is Royal Mail 1st Class Post or courier, and takes approx. 2-4 working days to arrive.
The standard charge is £2.50 for smaller items, rising to £3.95 for heavier items.

Fast TrackWe also offer a fast track service, where you can request we process your order within 24 hours and send your package out by 1st class post/courier.

returns & refunds
We are happy to offer you a full refund or free exchange if you are not happy with any item.
Please return any unwanted item within 14 days, ensuring it is in the same un-used condition as when you received it to claim a refund/exchange. Please ensure you enclose your name and address.
If you would like to exchange your item for another, we will send it out to you free of charge. Please enclose a cheque for the difference, if applicable. Alternatively we can take credit card payments by phone.
We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit.
