parcel delivery

We will dispatch your order within 3 working days, following receipt of payment.

You should receive your parcel within 3-6 working days .

The standard delivery charge is £3 for UK, and £8.50 for any other EU country (incl Eire) and £14 for rest of the world.

You may have to pay some import duty if your delivery address is outside the EU.

returns & refunds

We are happy to offer you a full refund or free exchange if you are not happy with any item.

Please return any unwanted item within 14 days, ensuring it is in the same un-used condition as when you received it to claim a refund/exchange. 

We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit.

VAT

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate (where appropriate - excludes bibs and clothing which is zero rated). If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
